One of the original houses in Devon Road, with a farm house feel. Located on a quiet street within easy walking distance to the river, main beach, shops, bowling and tennis club. Perfect for a “getting away from it all” holiday.

A large airy open plan lounge / dining room with french doors leading into a private garden. The kitchen and pantry are fully equipped with fridge, fridge-freezer, oven, stove, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher.

The space
The bathroom contains a shower only. A second private outdoor shower is available to wash away the sand.

Parking:
Off road undercover parking is available next to the house, and within the fenced off property. There is sufficient secure parking within the property for a boat.

Security:
Electronic gate, and the house has an alarm system, with a panic button and armed response units linked to it.

Onsite Owner:
There is a second cottage on the property, where the owner lives, and is available for onsite assistance should it be required. This cottage does not interfere with the guest house.

Guest access
Guests have access to the entire house and private garden.
